Linear scales with resolutions as fine as 10 nanometers, linear accuracy of ±1 micron per meter, and speeds up to 10 m/s are available. Encoders utilize either a glass scale or reflective metal tape design. Rotary encoder resolutions are available up to 7.2 million cpr.     SUNX Sensors A broad range of industrial and precision sensors are offered for general and unique sensing requirements. Fiber optic amplifiers with advanced digital features can be coupled with fiber optic cables of varying styles. Miniature photo-electric (AC, AC/DC and DC), proximity, color sensing, light curtain, pressure, vacuum, leak detection, and laser beam measurement sensors are available. The S-link serial communication bus connects up to 128 points.
