Download Printable Product Line (PDF)   Actuators & Stages   AKRIBIS SYSTEMS Precision stages using linear brushless motors are available in single, XY and XYZ configurations.  The AZT Series combines Linear and Theta motion for pick and place applications.  The Z-Theta actuators are offered with thru-hole shaft for vacuum suction cup.  Voice coil actuators provide smooth motion at low speeds and high acceleration.  Clean room rating and bellows construction are both available.     DANAHER MOTION Dover, IDC, NEAT and Thomson Industries offer a wide range of precision stages and industrial actuators. Products include precision positioning tables (including the DS4, DS6, and URS series), custom air bearing systems with linear brushless motors, R series rodless actuators, and EC series electric cylinders. Precision stages are available in linear, stackable X-Y-Z, gantry, and rotary designs. Industrial actuators are capable of axial thrust loads of 25,000N (5,620 lbf). Other precision components include: ball and lead screws, linear bearings and guides, ball profile rail linear guides, precision balls, shafting, brakes, clutches, resolvers and gearheads.     MACRON DYNAMICS High speed extruded aluminum linear actuators are available in both belt and screw driven designs. Maximum acceleration of 20g with speeds up to 400 ips. Multi-axis configurations and machine framing are available.     NEW WAY AIR BEARINGS Porous media air bearing stages using dovetail and square-beam designs are available. Air bearings offer zero friction, no wear, and are scratch resistant for silent and smooth operation. The bearings are capable of high speeds, fast acceleration and heavy loads. Stages are packaged with linear motors and high resolution optical encoders.     PARKER BAYSIDE Stackable X-Y-Z stage configurations provide travel up to 2 meters with sub-micron accuracy. MicroPlus and rotary table stages feature integral brushless servo motors.   Nano positioning can be achieved with piezo motor driven stages. A wide range of precision stages, manual slides and cross roller bearing components are in stock and available for immediate delivery.     PARKER TRILOGY Single and dual bearing rail designs using linear brushless motors with 5 to 500 lbs continuous force are available. Both moving coil and iron core linear motor designs are offered. Actuators include linear encoders with 5 micron resolution - higher resolutions are optional.
